    Our standard package has no fixed term and you can cancel at any time. Our advanced and all-inclusive packages have a one-year minimum term, after which they switch to a monthly rolling contract.
    Our advanced and all-inclusive packages include unlimited onsite visits in case of any problems that require our physical presence. Our standard package does not include onsite visits however we use advanced tools to monitor and resolve issues remotely.
    Please raise a support ticket from our support system to notify us of your problem. You can find the link here. We will respond to your ticket within one hour and prioritise it based on the severity of the issue. We aim to resolve any urgent issues within eight hours.
